By immersing solid-phase supports into a “Jabo-Jabo” reaction vessel, the synthesis proceeds efficiently in a dynamic liquid environment.
Using an automated synthesizer, we are developing a system that achieves high-yield synthesis with significantly reduced reagent consumption compared to conventional solid-phase methods.
